Adedolapo Oguntayo is a versatile professional with expertise spanning product management, cybersecurity, and inclusive tech education. She presently works as a Compliance and Cybersecurity Product Manager at ShortPoint, Inc., overseeing over 140 security controls and creating complete plans by ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements. My initiatives have considerably improved data protection and streamlined security operations across worldwide marketplaces.
She thrives at the intersection of cybersecurity, product management, business, and inclusive tech education. I aim to create innovative solutions that drive impact and empower individuals and companies.
Over the last few years, she has successfully built, launched, and scaled products while driving adoption and retention across North America, Europe, and Africa. She is deeply passionate about inclusion and equity, which led her to found LearnArk. This platform empowers individuals to transition into tech careers, including differently-abled people, through the Inclusive Academy, thereby promoting equity and lifelong learning in line with the United Nations SDG4 goals. As a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador, she uses her voice and expertise to mentor, inspire, and advocate for underrepresented groups in technology.
Over the years, Adedolapo has been a dedicated mentor and advocate for the tech community. As a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador, she was able to empower our community through different initiatives such as organizing events, public speaking, and mentoring. She co-founded TEDxEMU, which fosters educational and community-building initiatives. My dedication to continuous learning and professional development has established me as a respected figure in the tech community.
Adedolapo has an equally impressive academic background, having earned two B.Sc. degrees from Eastern Mediterranean University in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering, an MSc in Business Administration (MBA) from Istanbul Gelisim University, and a Diploma in Scientific Computing and Python for Data Science from World Quant University. Her varied skill set and professional accomplishments have a strong basis thanks to her schooling.
In my spare time, I enjoy mentoring upcoming professionals, reading, writing and exploring innovative tech solutions that redefine how we learn, work, and grow.
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, all with top honours.
